And Nicole Scherzinger showed off her abs and showed off her impressive level of flexibility while practicing yoga at dawn on Monday.

The Pussycat Doll star, 44, tied her T-shirt into a knot and slipped into a pair of cropped leggings for her morning workout.

The singer looked fresh-faced with her long, dark hair falling down her back in beachy waves.

She stretched out one leg behind her and arched her back, reaching up with her hand above her head.

Nicole then leaned back another stretch as the sun came up from behind the sea in front of her.

The singer captioned the scenic photos: ‘The Sacred Sunrise #mana.’

It comes after Nicole wowed in a busty bikini when she shared a stunning beach selfie from her trip last week.

The Pussycat Doll star smiled for the camera and wrote a message to her followers that read: “Where your attention goes, energy flows.”

In another image, Nicole posed as the sun set behind her and tied a floral sarong around her tiny waist.

Nicole wore her brown hair in beachy waves that fell past her shoulders and opted for a subtle makeup look.

Resharing the photos to her story, she added: “Focus yourself and where you want to go, not your fear.”
