The president of The Oppenheim Group took to his Instagram story to announce his split from the model.
He shared a photo of the former couple huddled on a boat as they stared off into the distance, along with a joint statement.
The note read: “Although we still love and care deeply about each other, the distance between us has proved too much of a challenge to overcome.
“We remain good friends and continue to talk often and support each other and we want the very best for each other.
“We thank everyone for their support throughout our relationship.”
Marie-Lou’s primary residence is Paris and Jason is based in Los Angeles.
The two were first linked in July 2022 — six months after Jason parted ways with his Selling Sunset co-star Chrisshell Stause, 41.
