Movie star, 45, looks unrecognizable in his first-ever head shot revealed to fans – but can you guess who it is?

He is one of the biggest male movie stars of his generation.

But before finding fame on the big screen, this American actor found fame on a hit NBC sitcom.

He would later transform himself into one of Hollywood’s most sought-after leading men, starring opposite Jennifer Lawrence.

Earlier this week, he shared his first ever portrait, looking almost unrecognizable with flowing blonde locks and a smoldering pose.

‘This man didn’t know what was coming… My first headshot, EVER!’ he wrote to fans.

Although the headshot has been shared before, it caused many of his followers to do a double take.

His wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, seemed shocked as she noted, “This is a lot for me to process.”

Meanwhile, other fans were amazed by the appearance, noting that he resembled Patrick Swayze and John Schneider from Dukes of Hazzard.

Another said they thought it was Heath Ledger at first glance.

Christopher Michael Pratt, born in 1979, appears to be in his early twenties in the moody black-and-white portrait.

Pratt was discovered at the age of 19 waiting tables at the Bubba Gump Shrimp Company restaurant in Maui, Hawaii.

Director Rae Dawn Chong cast him in the short horror film Cursed Part 3, which got his foot in the door.

He then landed his first regular television role as Harold Brighton “Bright” Abbott in the series Everwood.

But it was in 2009 when Pratt found real success playing Andy Dwyer on the NBC comedy series Parks and Recreation.

Although the role was only intended as a supporting character, Pratt’s humor and charisma convinced showrunners to make him a bigger role.

After losing weight during the 2011 Moneyball, Pratt shocked the world with a tinted mirror selfie, which put him in the category of a leading Hollywood man.

Thanks to his role in Guardians of the Galaxy, Pratt is now one of the most successful new stars on Tinseltown.
