A former model and real estate agent is back behind bars after her drug addiction spirals out of control again.

Monique Agostino, 28, was sentenced to nine months in prison with a non-parole period of five months by Sutherland Local Court in southern Sydney on Thursday.

She pleaded guilty to possession of someone’s ID for committing fraud, robbery, possession of drugs, driving under the influence of drugs, possession of property suspected of being stolen and driving an unregistered, uninsured car while being disqualified .

Agostino, from Sydney’s wealthy Northern Beaches, appealed the severity of the sentence and was released on bail.

On the same day, Agostino was also caught using a stolen credit card to purchase $11.55 worth of fast food at McDonald’s in Brookvale.

The card had been stolen from the Stanley Street Cafe in St Ives earlier that day.

She was also convicted of stealing a $90 coat from Supre and possessing a knife and drugs — meth and diazepam — at Target at the Westpoint Shopping Center in Blacktown.
