This is the moment when the deputy head of Hamas intelligence, who helped plot the Israeli terror attack, is killed by an Israeli airstrike.

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), which shared the video, said the airstrike killed Shadi Barud, the deputy head of Hamas intelligence, who they say was behind the October 7 attacks that killed hundreds of Israeli civilians.

“As part of his previous position as head of the assault department at Hamas Operations Headquarters, Baruf, together with Yahya Sinwar, the leader of Hamas in the Gaza Strip, planned the attacks that were carried out during the murderous assault on Israel on October 7.

‘Barud also served as a battalion commander in the Khan Yunis sector and was involved in planning several terrorist attacks on Israeli civilians.
‘He subsequently held various positions in Hamas’s military intelligence service and was responsible for the organization’s information security.
‘He is also responsible for intelligence relations for the organization.’
This comes after Israel’s envoy to the United Nations accused Iran of training and financing Hamas and said it should not have a seat at the UN.
Meanwhile, Iran’s foreign minister has said Hamas is ready to release civilian prisoners, while also saying the world should support the release of 6,000 Palestinian prisoners.
The Israeli incursion into Gaza began last night and the death toll in Gaza has risen by more than 7,000 civilians – 3,000 of them children – according to the Hamas-controlled Palestinian Health Ministry.
Israel continues its aerial bombardment of Gaza today, following tank attacks on the area overnight.
“Nowhere is safe in Gaza,” Lynne Hastings, UN humanitarian coordinator for the occupied Palestinian territories, said in a statement.
“When evacuation routes are bombed, when people in both the north and south become embroiled in hostilities, when the essentials for survival are missing and when there are no guarantees of return, people are left with nothing but impossible choices.”
