Tommy woke up to blue balloons and presents from Molly-Mae and baby Bambi, including a handmade picture she had painted with her finger.

They then head out for breakfast to celebrate the special day.

It comes after Molly-Mae revealed she “doesn’t have the confidence to wear a bikini” after giving birth.

The new mum – who welcomed daughter Bambi with boyfriend Tommy Fury in January – also admitted her insecurity is getting worse.

In her latest YouTube video, filmed while in Barbados, the former Love Island star spoke multiple times about her lack of confidence and fear of wearing skimpy swimwear.

While relaxing on a sun lounger wearing a white strapless bathing suit, Molly first admitted, “I’m wearing this swimsuit… for me, swimsuits are the only thing.”

“I’m not a bikini girl right now because I just don’t have the confidence. I wasn’t really confident in bikinis before I had a baby.’

Returning to the subject later in her vlog, the reality star continued: “Right now I need everything with my body that will give me confidence…

“Because I really feel like it over time, my confidence in my body actually just gets worse. It irritates me.

“I really felt on this journey that I’m going to embrace it, I don’t care, my new mother body, I’m proud of it, and I am, but at the same time I’m having a hard time accepting that I’m on a real journey starting, if I want to have more confidence in my body.

“I talked about it with my family. I just can’t imagine ever wearing a bikini again [and feeling confident], I never did it in the first place. There’s just no way.

“Before having a baby I didn’t feel confident in a bikini, so after having a baby I can’t imagine ever thinking, ‘I’ll put on a bikini and feel great’.”

“I want and I want to come here and say, ‘I feel confident and great,'” but that’s not how I feel right now.

“So any clothes or outfits that can make me feel a little more confident, covered, and super flattering right now, that’s what I’m going for.”

However, Molly-Mae did indeed wear a bikini while vacationing in Barbados, when she stunned on the beach in a white two-piece set.

It comes after Molly-Mae recently admitted that she went through a “meltdown” about how she looked during her first photoshoot since Bambi was born.

The reality star opened up about her post-baby figure, admitting that she felt “so sad” about her insecurities.

She said, “I had a bit of a slump in the afternoon just because it was a lot to take in.”

“That was my second day without Bambi and I think I keep forgetting I’m only three months postpartum.

“I hadn’t really prepared for how I would feel during a photo shoot. I think I hadn’t fully prepared myself for how I would feel during a photo shoot three months after giving birth.’
