She said: ‘The evening took a turn for the worst, well I took a turn for the worst, and had a little breakdown, just like you.
‘I tried my best tonight to look and feel nice, and spend some time on my make-up and hair.
“And I still felt like — as women — and I’m sure guys understand this too, that sometimes even when you’re trying your best, you just don’t feel comfortable.”
Speaking about how she got emotional after talking to Tommy about Bambi, she continued: “I was on the phone with Tommy and we were talking about Bambi and I just got upset.
‘Then I have the feeling that suddenly, all at once, everything came over me. Right before we left, I had a bit of a breakdown.
“There were some tears and I had a moment that was weird because I literally felt good all day.
“Maybe it’s everything, the jet lag and eating crap food and missing Bambi so much and trying not to think about it too much.
“And the moment you do that and just stop, it all hits you.”

Molly-Mae has been open about her struggles being away from Bambi, previously admitting she felt ‘anxious’ about leaving her for the solo work trip.
“This will be my last night spent with Bambi before I go to New York tomorrow,” the influencer said before flying to New York.
‘It’s going to be the longest time I spend without her and to be honest, I’m very worried about it.
“I’m trying not to put too much energy into the fact that we’re going to be apart for the longest time yet because it’s bothering me all over the place and I’m afraid I’m going to get really homesick in New York… maybe that has contributed to me delaying packing.’

Tommy and Molly-Mae appeared in several scenes in the show and now The sun claims bosses want the pair to direct a series on them.
A TV insider said: ‘Tommy’s appearance in Netflix’s At Home With The Furys left bosses at the streaming service questioning whether Tyson’s brother was worth a show in his own right.
“When the documentary proved so popular, it cemented the idea in their minds.”
Tommy’s representatives were contacted by MailOnline for comment at the time.
