Supermodel Taylor Hill has opened up about her burgeoning acting career while starring in a stunning new photo shoot for Luisaviaroma’s LVR magazine.
The 26-year-old has long established herself as one of the world’s most successful runway stars, but says her fashion career hasn’t helped her boost her acting potential.
Most recently, Taylor appeared in the hit film Babylon alongside Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie, playing one of Brad’s character’s love interests, Jack.
Taylor was quick to talk about Brad (seen together in the movie), describing him as “so nice and super professional.”
The budding screen star has only secured a handful of small roles so far, but insists the slow pace of her work has truly been a blessing, allowing her to “dedicate herself to learning a new trade.” TikTok Likes kaufen günstig ab 2,99€ per PayPal https://tiktokfollowerkaufen.de/tiktok-likes-kaufen/
“I’m taking it step by step and little by little I’m getting my feet wet,” he explained. ‘I want to do that and do it well. You start at the bottom and work your way up.
Through her modeling work, Taylor has mixed with some of the biggest names in Hollywood, and is now a household celebrity.
But when she was cast in a small role in the big blockbuster movie Babylon alongside Brad, Margot Robbie and Olivia Wilde, she says it was still a bit of a shock to the system.
“I felt nervous,” she admits. “I’m green in the acting world and with these powerful and influential people, so I was in the same headspace as the character. At the same time, I was doing my job.’
However, she was quick to gush about how Brad made her feel more comfortable on the set.
“It was great, because I was on the set … and sitting next to Brad Pitt, which is never a bad thing,” she recalled. ‘He [Pitt] He was very nice and super professional. I was nervous but I felt comfortable at the end of the day. It lets you know that you are doing a great job.
Taylor played the role of Rebecca, a love interest to Pitt’s alcoholic and womanizing character Jack, a role she describes as “small but pivotal”.
While she says she’s looking forward to “devoting herself to learning a new trade,” Taylor insists she’s not ready to give up her modeling career.
Instead, he says he’s enjoying the balance of working in two ‘creative’ industries.
Taylor has already landed her next role: another bit part in the upcoming comedy short Stealing Pulp Fiction.
When she’s not strutting the runway, Taylor’s private life is a world away from the glitzy Hollywood lifestyle she leads in the public eye.
Rather than settle in New York or Los Angeles, where much of her US work takes place, Taylor settled in Nashville, after falling in love with the city during a girls’ trip.
The role was still a step up from Taylor’s first foray into acting, in which she played the role of ‘flirtatious model No. 1’ in the 2016 psychological horror film The Neon Demon, which featured heavy casting. from big-name stars like Elle Fanning and Keanu. Reeves.
The film received incredibly mixed reviews, earning just a 58 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes, but for the model, it served as her first real acting experience and helped her realize she wanted to pursue more opportunities in the industry.
Six years later, Taylor is still carefully honing ‘her craft,’ working regularly with an acting coach, though she admits that the high-society trips required for her modeling career can make it difficult to keep up with her training.
She insists she’s not ready to walk away from modeling and won’t be pursuing acting “full-time” anytime soon, but says she enjoys experimenting with a new “creative” outlet.
Taylor has already landed her next role: another bit part in the upcoming comedy short Stealing Pulp Fiction, in which she appears opposite Cazzie David, daughter of iconic comedian Larry.
When she’s not strutting down the runways or appearing in front of a movie camera, Taylor’s private life is a world away from the glitzy Hollywood lifestyle she leads in the public eye.
Growing up in Colorado in a small ski town called Winter Park, the model says she found the concept of suddenly traveling around the world for casting calls and photo shoots a bit unbelievable.
So it made sense that when it came to making a home for herself and her fiancé, Daniel Fryer, she would choose a location far from Hollywood, New York, Paris or Milan, the cities that have played pivotal roles in their fashion and acting careers.
Taylor revealed to LVR magazine that she plans to marry her fiancé Daniel Fryer this spring, two years after he popped the question while on vacation in Italy in June 2021.
Instead, Taylor opted for Nashville, a somewhat off-the-cuff choice that was prompted by a girls’ trip to the Tennessee town, during which she casually looked up some properties on Zillow and came across one that she thought was perfect for her and her couple.
Daniel popped the question to Taylor during a romantic trip to Italy in June 2021, and she revealed in her interview with LVR Magazine that the couple plans to tie the knot this spring, though she’s kept mum on any other details.
The model and her fiancé were first linked in February 2020, when they were seen holding hands in Los Angeles.
Daniel is a cannabis entrepreneur who runs the research company Arcadia Analitica and is a director of the London-based company Cannatlantic.
When it comes to Taylor’s future, aside from continuing her career as one of the world’s top models and keeping up with her budding acting career, the fashion star says she doesn’t have any rigid goals she’s trying to achieve: noting that she’s always been the type of person to ‘add it together’.
‘I’m a pisces. I love to keep my mind open to anything and take it as it comes,” she said.
“I feel so young and I need to see where time takes me…I can’t imagine where I’ll be in another 12 years.”
