Miss Universe’s mega build grows! New aerial images reveal Jennifer Hawkins and Jake Wall’s vast Whale Beach development as construction continues on the $30M mega-mansion

Jennifer Hawkins and Jake Wall are well underway on construction of their $30 million “Westfield-style” mega-mansion, according to new aerial photos revealed Monday.

The couple have caused a stir among their neighbors in recent years when they built an extravagant waterfront home on the cliff top of Whale Beach.

Now the foundations of J Group Projects’ massive structure, which is four times the size of the houses on either side of it, are starting to take shape.

The images showed four expansive levels, with the ground level featuring beautiful stone walls and a huge spa overlooking the ocean.

The luxury escape was already partially filled with water, as construction debris and sand piles littered it in the meantime.

Scaffolding covered the front of the mega-mansion, providing safe passage for traders to move around the skeleton of the multi-million dollar home.

Elsewhere, piles of building materials lay ready, protected from the weather and salty sea breeze by huge black tarps.

It comes after construction company, J Group Projects, gave a sneak peek of Jen, 40, and Jake, 41,’s soon-to-be new home on Thursday.

The company, of which Jake is co-director, posted images on Instagram showing the early stages of a bowling alley on the property.

Jen and her husband Jake were given the green light to build their massive home last year, breaking ground in the wealthy suburb of Whale Beach, which is 40 kilometers north of Sydney’s CBD.

Aerial footage obtained by Ny Breaking Australia in August last year showed a construction site set up on the huge plot of land.

The multi-million dollar home has sparked controversy with some local residents of the wealthy community, who are unhappy with the power couple’s plans and have filed a complaint with the city council, New Idea reported last September.

“A proposed spa would further aggravate the already offensive ocean scarring at the outdoor lounge. This is a step too far and enough is enough,” one frustrated neighbor told Northern Beaches Council

Local homeowners also claimed that the mansion’s extravagant development has made it more difficult to both rent and sell their neighboring properties.

“It has taken its toll on the tenants who have now left. People don’t want to buy and their biggest objections are the construction zone,” said one upset landlord.

The couple was together for eight years before tying the knot in a Bali ceremony in June 2013. They share two children, daughter Frankie and son Hendrix.
