Millie Mackintosh has shared a hilarious video of herself in full glam taking out the bins as she adjusts to life as a single mum following her split from Hugo Taylor.
The former Made In Chelsea star, 37, and Hugo filed for divorce in February after seven years of marriage and had both appointed legal teams, with the pair keen on a ‘clean break’ while continuing to co-parent their daughters Sienna, six, and Aurelia, four.
Earlier this month, Millie moved into her new rental home and has been busy building ‘a new life for a while’ after the breakup.
On Instagram on Friday, the reality star joked about how her neighbors get “two versions of me.”
The clip started with her leaving the house in pajamas with her hair in a messy bun as she took out the bins.
As she stepped out, she looked glamorous in a polka dot mini dress.

On Instagram on Friday, the reality star joked about how her neighbors get “two versions of me.”
“They definitely get to see the real me,” she wrote.
It comes just a day after Millie celebrated four years of sobriety.
The star shared a video on Instagram in which she can be seen holding a cupcake with four candles alongside the caption: ‘Isn’t it boring to be sober…?’ before a montage of nature images appeared with the words: ‘What boring feels like’.
In her celebratory post, she reflected on “a major life change” in a nod to her divorce from Hugo.
Millie, who was married to Professor Green from 2013 to 2016, wrote: ‘Recently undergoing a major change in my life has brought a lot of my past to the surface, and I am learning to sit in the discomfort of my feelings rather than trying to run from them.’
She added that she “felt like her life was over” after being “burned to the ground” and wrote: “Four four years sober. I feel so grateful…
“Honestly, there are almost no words to express how grateful I am for this life for the hope, the joy and the beauty that has emerged from the ashes of what I once thought was my life burning to the ground. Four years ago I really felt like my life was over…
‘I knew quitting drinking was the right thing to do, but God, I was scared. I didn’t see any of the good that was waiting for me on the other side. So what has kept me on track? My sober community. Honest conversations with friends…
‘Building a support team around me. Therapy. And the rituals I’ve slowly built into my life: meditation, exercise, learning to notice how I talk to myself and practicing being kinder to myself…
‘I have realized that sobriety and self-love are not a one-time thing. It’s something I continue to choose every day…

Millie and Hugo announced their divorce in February
“Lately, going through a big change in my life has brought a lot of my past to the surface, and I’m learning to sit in the discomfort of my feelings instead of trying to run from them…
‘And I still find ways to escape. Lately I’ve found myself doom-scrolling when I don’t want to feel something. But consciousness is everything. Because once you see the pattern, you have the chance to choose differently…
‘I want to keep this real: I absolutely don’t have life figured out. I don’t have a life plan or a five-year plan. I don’t know exactly what comes next. But for the first time in a long time, I feel like I’m stepping out of survival mode and into something new…
‘I am proud of the woman I am becoming. I’m proud of the woman who made a terrifying decision four years ago without knowing where it would lead her…
“And most of all, I’m so grateful that she did. Four years sober. And I wouldn’t trade this life for anything. Feel the fear and do it anyway.’
Millie and Hugo were on-off for about 15 years, with a significant gap in the middle. After a first date on Made In Chelsea in 2011, they split the same year before reuniting in 2016 when she split from Professor Green.
Before their divorce, Millie and Hugo spent months completing a full renovation of their £5 million family home, sharing regular updates on the project.
In April 2025, Millie posted a year after the renovation, revealing that the past twelve months had included “time, energy and late nights.”
Millie said: ‘It’s wild to think it’s been a whole year since we started our renovation… sometimes you get so caught up in the day-to-day that you forget to stop and appreciate how far you’ve come.
‘When I look back on the early days – the plans, the mood boards, the dust (so much dust!), the endless decisions and all the highs and lows that come with a project like this – it honestly feels like a lifetime ago.’
She continued, “It took time, energy, late nights and a lot of patience… but when I see it now, I’m so proud of everything we put into it.
‘The best part? We’re finally at the stage where it’s the little things that count. Filling the space with art, books and the pieces you pick up over time that make a house feel like home.
‘There is still plenty I want to do, but it feels very special to stand still for a moment, look back and take it all in.’
