Millie shared photos and videos of herself undergoing a number of procedures and emphasized that she doesn’t want to “dramatically change her appearance” but said it was all about “enhancing what’s already there.”
She wrote: ‘Every time I do a Q&A I’m always inundated with questions about what beauty treatments I recommend.
‘I am very interested in advanced technology and for me it is an improvement on what is already there. It’s not about drastically changing my appearance, but more about increasing my self-confidence and feeling like the best version of myself.

Millie shared photos and videos of herself undergoing a number of procedures and emphasized that she doesn’t want to “dramatically change her appearance” but said it was all about “enhancing what’s already there.”
‘I’ve always believed in being completely transparent when it comes to the adjustments I’ve made, because I think it’s important to be honest about what happens behind the scenes.
‘I love how these treatments can give that natural, healthy glow while still looking like me!’
She explained that she gets both microblading and lamination on her eyebrows to save time drawing them, and that she has been dying her hair increasingly blonde.
Microblading is a semi-permanent tattoo technique, while lamination is essentially a perm for the eyebrows.
Millie added that she has Botox done three times a year and also has two polynucleotide treatments under her eyes and in her scalp.
Commonly referred to as salmon sperm injections, polynucleotides are purified and sterilized DNA molecules extracted from salmon or trout sperm that are injected into the skin to stimulate collagen production, which leads to a rejuvenated appearance and helps treat hair loss.
The beauty trend is praised by the likes of Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Aniston, but can leave your skin bruised and covered in blood stains.
Millie showed a photo of her face covered in pinpricks after the treatment and said she could see a difference in her skin as well as hair growth.

She added that she also had a “baby face facial” and a “genius lift on the back of my legs to tighten the skin.”
While her latest treatment was lymphatic drainage to help with water retention, she told her fans: ‘SiSince I turned 35 I have been retaining more water around my stomach and these sessions are really helping to change this.’
It comes after Millie gave an insight into the lengths she goes to to look good as she took part in the viral ‘morning shed’ trend.
The mother-of-two shared a video of herself wearing a moisturizing face mask, a lip mask and a cream satin sleep turban, to create an ‘effortless’ morning look.
Millie, who was dressed in a pink satin robe, then revealed her glowing skin and curly hair and wrote: ‘The morning shed. The uglier you go to bed, the more beautiful you wake up.’
‘When I saw the morning sanding trend, I knew I had to give it a try. This is exactly the extra I’m willing to do to get that beauty sleep. One step too far? What do you think?’

The latest Gen Z beauty trends have thousands of women around the world sleeping in duct tape and double chin-reducing facial ties to wake up with ‘glass skin’ for a maintenance look.
The viral treatment – dubbed the ‘morning shed’ – promises a worry-free start to the day by instructing individuals to sleep in tape, silicone facial peels loaded with products and enlarging chin straps.
The new method – which has more than 3.2 million tags on TikTok – is being dubbed the “morning shed” thanks to the ritual required to first remove the extensive set of attachments.
The method reportedly offers an ‘effortless’ morning look for those who want to save time in the morning and enhance their natural beauty by getting to work the night before.
