Miley Cyrus has been pictured for the first time since she was granted court protection from an alleged stalker.
The 30-year-old singer was spotted leaving the health food store Erewhon in Los Angeles on Monday, just days after news of her ordeal emerged.
Miley seemed in good spirits as she chatted with a friend outside the trendy supermarket with a hot drink and bag of snacks in hand.
The Wrecking Ball singer protected herself from the chilly autumn weather with a beautiful black coat over a white top and jeans.
She hid her eyes with sunglasses and carried her bag over her shoulder. Her feet were comfortably tucked into shiny sneakers, while a dazzling necklace dressed up the casual fall look.

The singer was engrossed in a conversation with her boyfriend as they walked out of the store together.
Overall, Miley seemed comfortable and happy as she enjoyed some quality time with her boyfriend.
Last week, TMZ reported that Miley was granted a temporary restraining order against 52-year-old Alexander Kardalian. In her filing, Miley claims that Kardalian arrived at her home just days after being released from prison.
The performer also claimed that Kardalian had sent unwanted letters detailing his obsessions with her dating back to 2018.
In her legal filing, Cyrus alleged that the individual made numerous requests for money. He allegedly made sexually explicit comments about her.
The singer also wrote that Kardalian’s “obsessive behavior” became all the more disturbing last summer, when he reportedly arrived at her Los Angeles home uninvited twice.
The person in question was allegedly escorted from her property both times.
The artist claimed that Kardalian was arrested last December and was held in San Quentin State Prison until last August, when he was released.
Cyrus wrote that the individual reportedly returned to her property just a few days after being released from custody.

She also claimed that Kardalian sent her a letter saying he would visit her home immediately after he was released from prison.
Although the person had reportedly visited her property, her security team was unable to see the singer, who alerted police to his presence.
The performer claimed that her alleged stalker was threatened with arrest if he returned to her home in the future, although he eventually did.
Cyrus has also written that Kardalian used her home address for health insurance purposes.
She claimed that the person wrote her a letter stating that he “doesn’t care if he lives” if she did not respond to his attempted communication.

The performer stated in her filing that her alleged stalker was dealing with “serious mental health issues,” in which she also claimed he also harbored a “dangerous fixation and/or obsession” with her life.
The singer has also claimed that, as a result of the individual’s behavior, she is concerned for her own safety, as well as the well-being of her mother, Tish, and boyfriend Maxx Morando.
A judge signed off on the request and ruled that Kardalian may no longer contact her in any way and that he must refrain from her musical or public appearances.
Cyrus’ alleged stalker will also have to stay at least 100 meters away from the singer at all times, as well as from her home, car and venues where she performs.
