Michelle Keegan wraps up warm as she transforms into ex special ops pilot for Netflix’s Fool Me Once

Michelle Keegan bundled up while filming scenes for her new Netflix drama Fool Me Once in a cemetery in Manchester on Wednesday.

The actress, 35, donned a pale pink puffer coat as she transformed into her role as former special operations pilot Maya on the set of the TV adaptation.

She was seen on set clutching a bouquet of red roses as she took a close look at one of the graves.

Michelle, best known for her roles in Coronation Street and Brassic, reportedly signed a six-figure contract to star in the new series based on one of Harlan Coben’s books.

Joining her in the scenes was her co-star Richard Armitage, who looked dapper in a double-breasted wool coat.

The actress wore her brunette hair in soft waves and wore a natural makeup look as she laughed with Richard.

She later changed into a long black coat with a bright blue woolen scarf while attending a girl’s funeral on the series.

The stars were joined by a host of other characters for the somber scenes in the graveyard.

Seven of Harlan’s best-selling books have already been adapted into Netflix series, including the psychological thriller The Stranger, which garnered huge popularity on the platform.

Michelle takes on the role of former special ops pilot Maya, who is shocked after returning from the war.

According to a book synopsis, Maya experiences trauma when her husband Joe is brutally murdered, but two weeks later, she has to deal with a mystery when she sees her young daughter playing with Joe on his baby monitor.

Speaking of Michelle’s new reported role, a TV source said Sun: ‘This is a great role for Michelle. Harlan’s dramas are some of the most streamed on Netflix and are watched by people all over the world.”

On the other hand, Michelle recently finished filming the fifth series of the hit comedy-drama Brassic, in which she plays Erin Croft.

The actress shared that it had been a “chaotic mess” working with her co-stars on the drama series Sky, sweetly adding that she felt “so lucky” to be a part of the “special” show.
