Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli’s wife Lisa reveals her latest fashion purchase – and you’ll never guess the price of her beige ballerinas
Lisa Wipfli appeared to have helped shop Wednesday as she showed off her newest pair of shoes.
The 41-year-old wife of Nova FM’s Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli shared a photo of her new kicks on Instagram alongside the caption: “Hello beauties.”
Made from a beige mesh studded with diamonds, the “beauties” are a pair of Khaite ballerinas and are worth a shocking $1,500.
While the response from her followers has been overwhelmingly positive, there were a few who questioned how comfortable the shoes actually are.
“As beautiful as they are, I wonder if they’re comfortable,” one person asked.

Another wrote, “Oh I want them…just wondering how long they would last in the tropics.”
The big release comes just months after Lisa revealed that she and her husband, the 43-year-old radio breakfast host, sleep in separate beds.
She first spoke about their unorthodox sleeping position in an interview with Body+Soul in November, revealing that not only do they have their own beds, but they also retreat to their own private bedrooms at the end of the day.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph in April, Lisa went on to explain that the practice started when their children were younger.
“Now I love it so much I can’t go back,” she told the publication.
One of the reasons the pair sleep apart is because of Wippa’s suspected sleep apnea, for which he is currently undergoing tests, with Lisa saying he will “probably end up (sleeping) with a Darth Vader mask.”

“I’d much rather have him be a healthy version of himself than have him develop some kind of brain aneurysm from lack of oxygen,” she said.
Sleep apnea occurs when a person’s throat becomes partially or completely blocked while they sleep.
It is treated using a continuous positive airway pressure pump (CPAP), which feeds pressurized air into a face mask to keep the person’s throat open while they sleep.
Lisa went on to say that she is a light sleeper and wakes up at the slightest noise, which is why she prefers to sleep in silence for an entire night.
