Bodycon, low rise, crop tops, you don’t have to follow the ‘rules’ if you feel cute. Life is simply too short to live any other way.’

Melissa recently admitted that she gained weight over the festive period and shared a positive message, telling her followers that change is “normal and inevitable.”

‘I’m going to gain weight for the rest of my life. I’m going to lose it too. If I cared too much about every time my body weight changes, I would basically live in a constant state of *big trouble*. I know because it literally used to be me.

‘Change is normal and inevitable. If I’m only happy with a very specific version of myself, I’m going to spend a lot of time unhappy.

And I absolutely refuse to do that ever again. Each version of me is temporary, and each version deserves my respect.
