The Bridesmaids actress, 53 – who recently shared her reaction amid the drama following Streisand’s weight comment – joined other celebrities on the red carpet at the screening which took place at The Egyptian Theatre.
Barbra, 82, sparked a backlash earlier this week after she asked McCarthy if she was on Ozempic, then issued a groveling apology shortly after.
Melissa beamed and flashed a cheerful smile at the event as she donned a long-sleeved floral print dress with shades of pink, red and also green.
She also wore a pair of nude closed-toed heels that were partially hidden by the long hem of the flowy outfit.

Her makeup was glamorous and consisted of a coat of mascara on her lashes and a shimmering, gold shadow around her eyes.
A pale pink blush was applied to her cheekbones for a radiant glow, while a glossy, darker nude shade was worn on her lips for a finishing touch.
