Melania stuns in chic blazer as she joins Trump on campaign trail for first time in months at Al Smith dinner

Donald and Melania Trump arrived together at the Al Smith dinner in New York City, smiling and happy.

The dinner is a long-standing tradition supporting Catholic charities in the city and has been attended many times by presidential candidates.

Melania wore a sophisticated tuxedo-style suit alongside Donald, who looked dapper in a similar tuxedo ensemble.

The former first lady was seen smiling and posing next to her husband, who is just weeks away from Election Day.

Footage of the Trumps during dinner shows them interacting with top politicians and stars.

Melania and Donald were sometimes seen chatting closely and deep in discussion at their table.

As the former president entered the room, he raised his fist and commanded attention.

Melania stood next to him, right next to him, as he took in cheers of approval.

It is a rare appearance for the former first lady, who has not been seen on the campaign trail with her husband since this summer.

After not being seen next to her husband since the Republican National Convention in July, some questions had been raised about her decision to stay away from his campaign.

Since Donald announced his candidacy, she has only been spotted at a few rallies and events.

However, Melania has been in the news lately because of her book, which was released on October 8.

The memoir, titled “Melania,” includes excerpts about abortion rights and her life as first lady.

She is also selling a collector’s edition containing hundreds of photos she took while living in the White House.

The Al Smith Dinner is an annual fundraiser for Catholic charities and has hosted major presidential candidates for the first time since John F. Kennedy in the 1960s.

Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris was invited, but she chose not to.

When the announcement came that Harris “cannot come here in person” and that the audience will instead be “joined by her later via video,” the crowd began to boo.

Videos show the boos erupting just seconds after the announcement.

Trump called it “disrespectful” that Harris was not present.

He also joked that the last Democrat not to attend the dinner was Walter Mondale, who lost the election to Ronald Reagan in a landslide.

House Speaker Mike Johnson, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and controversial New York Mayor Eric Adams are all in attendance.

It is striking that RFK Jr. was spotted with his wife Cheryl Hines after it was revealed that he was involved in an affair with journalist Olivia Nuzzi weeks ago.
