Mel C proudly showed off her impressive abs as she turned up a storm for a fun Attitude Magazine photoshoot this week.

The former Spice Girl, 48, was awarded the LGBTQ+ publication’s Honorary Gay award for her work within the community in a swanky ceremony on Wednesday.

Given her Sport Spice mantra, it was no surprise that Mel proudly showed off her toned figure in a skimpy white bralet that she paired with her signature tracksuit.

She also showed her flexibility as she posed with a prize balancing on her stiletto while holding her muscular leg high in the air.
