Megan Fox fans were left doing double takes after the actress posted a mirror selfie to her Instagram on Wednesday.

The Transformers star, 37, looked worlds away from her usual glamorous self with just a minimal layer of make-up on her face – confusing followers who insisted they didn’t recognize her.

In the snap, Megan looked like she was rocking just a hint of mascara, blush and lip gloss as she posed in the mirror with her toned abs on display.

She wore a black sports bra and pajama bottoms, with her long blue hair flowing down her chest.

Fans said Megan looked like Kim Kardashian and even Chelsea Blackwell, the Love Is Blind star who famously said she was compared to Fox.

‘You look like Chelsea is blind with love. I don’t know why you copied her style,” one person posted.

‘Kim Kardashian is that you?!’ one Instagram user commented, while another posted: “I thought this was Kim Kardashian.”

“This isn’t Megan Fox,” one person insisted, adding a laughing, crying emoji.

“Why does she look so different?” asked another.

Another fan claimed they didn’t recognize Fox in the photo and had to look at her username to make the connection.

“I had to look at the name because I didn’t know who that was,” she wrote with two skull emojis.

The post was an advertisement for Wella Professionals hair products and was captioned: “I nourish my hair (and 26 inch extensions) after coachella.”

Megan sported blue hair as she attended several Coachella parties this past weekend.

While attending the Celsius Cosmic Desert Event on Friday, Megan got the inspiration for her new hair color at the star-studded soiree.

“I actually have a blue bob now,” she said People. “We added the extensions to give it more Coachella energy. I think I bleached and destroyed it. So I might as well go through all the colors before I get a tan.”

She added about her look: ‘I think it’s important to just be yourself and not change your whole style just for a festival.’

The outing comes after it was revealed that Megan and Machine Gun Kelly are currently living apart while they sort out their relationship issues.

‘I don’t want to explain it further. But all those things you said were accurate things that happened and I can see them being confusing or interesting to people and them saying, ‘What’s going on?’

Her latest comment confirmed speculation that she had ended her engagement to Kelly.
