Married At First Sight’s Jessika Power tipped for I’m A Celebrity Australia comeback amid ‘desperate push for TV fame’

Jessika Power looks set to appear on the upcoming season of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Australia.

Insiders told Ny Breaking Australia that the former Married At First Sight bride, 32, is ‘desperate’ to return to TV screens, with her agent Max Markson reportedly pulling out all the stops to land her a coveted spot to deliver to the jungle.

“Jessika is determined to keep her name in the headlines,” a source close to the star revealed.

‘She has put herself out there for all kinds of things – she knows she needs another big show to keep her profile alive.’

The whispers come after Channel Nine teased that a ‘feisty’ reality star would appear in the upcoming series.

Ny Breaking Australia recently revealed that MAFS alumnus Martha Kalifatidis has turned down an offer of $80,000 to appear on the show next year.

“Martha just didn’t need it; she is in a different league now,” said a TV insider.

‘But Jessica? She’s hungry for it. She knows it could be a great reward and a way to stay relevant in the fast-changing world of reality TV.”

Jessika, who rose to fame as the outrageous villain of MAFS 2019, has since worked on several projects, including appearances on Big Brother VIP and a brief stint on British reality show Celebs Go Dating.

Although her antics have made her a favorite among reality TV fans, her career has struggled to gain the attention of some of her MAFS peers.

“Her agent, Max, is working overtime,” the source continued.

“He presents her to producers and talks about her ability to bring drama and entertainment to the jungle. Jess knows how to stir the pot; that makes her TV gold.’

If Jessika does go to the jungle, fans can expect a lot of fireworks.

Known for her unapologetically blunt personality and high-profile feuds, she is sure to spice up the camp dynamic.

However, not everyone is convinced that she is the right person.

“She’s going to have to prove she’s more than just a reality TV diva,” the insider said.

“People love a redemption arc – maybe the jungle is where she can show a different side of herself.”

Ny Breaking Australia has contacted Jessika Power for comment.
