Married at First Sight British couple Jenna Robinson and Zoe Clifton have announced they are getting engaged after two years of dating.
The pair, the show’s first lesbian couple, were strangers who first met at the altar in the Channel 4 experiment.
Taking to Instagram, Jenna proudly showed off her huge diamond ring after Zoe got down on one knee – and how the proposal almost didn’t go to plan.
Jenna revealed: ‘We’ve been keeping a little secret… A week ago the absolute love of my life asked me to marry him.
“From thinking Zoe had just gone overboard for a date night to Bobo setting himself on fire, it was completely chaotic and very ‘us’.”

Jenna added, “I love you, Zoe. We’re going to make the cutest old married lesbian couple ever! What a way to celebrate Pride month.”

Speak with The guard, Jenna exclaimed, “How lucky are we that this worked out? If we have a family, we can show our children the moment our eyes first met. It’s absolutely wild.’

She explained, “You feel an obligation to represent and I wasn’t sure how. Later I realized that just showing a healthy, respectful lesbian relationship on TV is enough.”
