In the heartfelt post, accompanied by a tender photo of Lizzie cradling her baby girl, the reality TV alum reflected on the pressures and pitfalls of social media.
“My comments have been limited for some time now. Due to the nature of social media. It often leads to negativity, not always, but it certainly can,” she began.

Lizzie gave birth to her first child – a baby girl – with husband Alexander Vega earlier this month.

In the caption, Lizzie described the moment as “the happiest day of her life.”

‘8.11.23. I’ve never been happier. My everything. A love so strong. Pure bliss,” she captioned the heartwarming images.
Elizabeth also shared a second close-up photo of herself cradling her newborn, writing, “She is absolute perfection to me. She is everything to me. I am so in love with our daughter. Words cannot express my love for her. My heart.’
However, she chose not to reveal her little girl’s name.

“Looking at some of these comments in the last few posts I’ve done. Always so much attention to a woman’s body (I’ve had more than my share). “I’m navigating my body right now, there are so many changes, especially internally (I’ve been quite sick),” she began.
‘I also understand that many people are enthusiastic. Me, too!!!! It’s an exciting time in our lives right now (my partner).”
She continued, “I will talk about my experiences with it in the future. Mama bear is just nesting now.”
Elizabeth married engineer Alexander in January and had a marriage has been in a relationship with him since late 2021, but kept her boyfriend’s identity a secret for months before finally revealing it at Easter last year.
