Married At First Sight star Jackson Lonie was left red-faced after accidentally launching a tirade against the popular pizza restaurant for getting his order ‘wrong’ – and their reaction is worth its weight in gold
Married At First Sight’s married groom Jackson Lonie was left red-faced this weekend after launching a scathing tirade against a Gold Coast pizza restaurant for receiving his order ‘wrong’.
The reality star, 31, posted a video to Instagram telling fans he used a meal deal to order two large pizzas from Artie’s Woodfire Pizza in Mermaid Waters, and was furious when they delivered two small pizzas instead.
Lonie told fans, “Don’t go here. They are not good and will rip you off,” explaining how upset he was after receiving smaller pizzas.
However, Artie’s Woodfire Pizza was having none of it and quickly posted a video refuting Jackson’s claims and explaining that he had indeed misunderstood his order.
“He ordered two 9-inch pizzas and claimed we should give him two 12-inch pizzas as per the offers he saw,” they shot back.

‘The deals he saw are only available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 5 p.m. and we have mentioned that in the description.
“Yet he did not read and post the deal dated September 30, a Saturday when our deal is not applied. And now he started posting on his social media to boycott our small business because we ‘lied’ while he didn’t read,” they added.
Jackson later posted a video in which he admitted that he misread the deal, but claimed there was a problem with their link.

Lonie’s awkward blunder caught the attention of one of his MAFS co-stars, who quickly called him out on Instagram.
“This has to be the most embarrassing thing I’ve ever seen,” wrote MAFS bride Domenica Calarco.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted both Lonie and Artie’s Woodfire Pizza for comment.
Jackson was linked to Olivia Frazer, 29, on Married At First Sight in 2022, and while sparks initially flew between them, things quickly turned sour and they called it quits.

In August, Olivia revealed that she and her ex-boyfriend would still be a couple if Married At First Sight wasn’t so popular.
The OnlyFans star found love with the former plumber on last year’s season of the Channel Nine matchmaking show, but split just months after the series aired.
The former student admitted in an Instagram Q&A that she and Jackson would still be dating if it weren’t for the show.
“I really think that if the show never aired or if it aired accurately, we would probably still be together. It put too much pressure on our relationship, no matter how strong it was,” she told her followers when someone asked why they broke up.
