The Married At First Sight bride took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday night to share a confrontational video from her hospital bed.
The 34-year-old had several monitors on her stomach and was surrounded by beeping machines reading her vital signs.
Turning the camera to her face, the reality star looked pale and tired throughout her ordeal.
While she didn’t disclose why she was in the hospital, Carolina suggested it was an ongoing problem.

She wrote eloquently in her caption, “And I’m back here again.”
It comes after Carolina revealed last month that she would like to go on the dating show again next year so she can try out a new strategy.
Last year, she initially shocked viewers when she cheated on her husband Dion Giannarelli with fellow groom Daniel Holmes.
‘I’d go back tomorrow if they wanted me. Knowing what I know now, I’d act like I’m head over heels for my match no matter who they gave me,” she shared Yahoo lifestyle.
Carolina then revealed she signed up for MAFS’s 2022 season for “exposure” and believes other contestants have similar motivations.

“They want to be influencers or they have some kind of business that they can profit from,” she said.
She said the show’s poor success rate means no reasonable person should sign up for MAFS expecting to find a life partner.
“The success rate is lower than going to a bar and meeting someone. Why would you go there for love? That’s not the main reason people go to MAFS no matter what they say,” she said.
Carolina and Daniel, 30, were involved in one of MAFS’s biggest scandals last year.
They began meeting while the glamorous Brazilian was still technically “married” to her on-screen husband Dion.
However, the pair called time for their relationship in August, and earlier this year Carolina was spotted getting cozy with 2023 MAFS groom Duncan James in Sydney.
