Marrickville: Woman and man stabbed outside school in Sydney’s inner west
A woman and a man are in hospital with stab wounds after a knife attack in Sydney’s west.
Paramedics were called to Sydenham Road in Marrickville just before 6pm where they found the two injured near Marrickville High School.
A man in his 30s suffered injuries to his neck, back and face, while an older woman had injuries to her neck.

The man was seen with blood pouring from his head as he was taken to an ambulance.
He is now fighting for life at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, where the woman remains in a serious condition.
The police are investigating.
