Kate Beckinsale reveals her warm-up methods while filming for new role in Italy – from dancing to The Nolans and The Proclaimers to hamstring stretches and crow yoga poses

Kate Beckinsale has revealed her methods for warming up as she continues filming for her new acting role in Italy.

The English actress, 50, has been busy filming scenes for her new kidnapping movie Stolen Girl, starring Scott Eastwood.

Kate shared a collection of photos and videos on Instagram on Wednesday, revealing that preparing for a day of shooting “takes many forms.”

From dancing to The Nolans and The Proclaimers, to stretching her hamstrings with a friend and practicing yoga, Kate gave fans an insight into how she prepares.

The post also showed Kate wearing a scarf on her head in her dressing room before getting a blonde wig fitted and styled by Italo Gregorio.

“Warming takes many forms: a village, ideally a few people you love and occasionally the Nolans,” Kate captioned the post.

In one video, Kate is seen dancing to I’m In The Mood For Dancing with her friend Gabriella Morpeth, while in other videos the pair sing 500 Miles by The Proclaimers – but miles turn into stairs as they walk down.

And Kate also used Gabriella to stretch ahead of filming, as she put her leg on her friend’s shoulder and extended it into a Y-stand.

Kate also revealed her love of yoga when she shared a video of her and hairstylist Italo practicing a notoriously difficult pose: the crow.

In her post, Kate shared a video of Italo getting her ready for the shoot as she grabbed a cup of tea and debuted a blonde hairstyle.

But many fans quickly noticed that the actress’ pants, peeking out of her pants, had “F*** you, you f***ing f***” written on them. In addition, her mug read: ‘Mother f***er.’

Considering the responses, they wrote: ‘I like the pants, my kind of humor’; ‘My Favorite Underwear Quote’;

‘Lol, where do you get your panties? I do!’; ‘Great underwear!! You never disappoint!! You’re fucking amazing’;

‘I need that underwear in my life!!’; “I love and need those underwear. Where did you get them?!’

On Sunday, Kate joked on Instagram that she “almost got shot by a farmer” when she tried to pet a goat while filming in Italy.

Kate, a huge animal lover, seemed in good spirits as she chased a goat in a field while wearing a pair of sky-high brown heels.

However, in the short clip, she quickly turned and ran away from the animals while claiming a farmer was watching her.

Kate looked fantastic for the outing in a white long-sleeved blouse which she paired with skinny jeans.

She wrote: ‘O Italy: your sunny, enveloping charm, except when you try to pet a goat and almost get shot by a farmer.’

In another photo, the Underworld star looked stunning in a white and green dress as she posed for behind-the-scenes photos while filming on set in Italy.

Kate was in good spirits as she beamed at photos while checking her phone between scenes.

She shielded herself from the sun under a large umbrella that a crew member held above her head before continuing filming in the busy Italian streets.

The new film Stolen Girl, directed by James Kent, is based on the true story of Maureen Dabbagh who spent years tracking down her daughter after she was kidnapped by the father of her child.
