Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene urged Americans to “repent” after a magnitude 4.8 magnetite earthquake struck New Jersey Friday morning.

The seismic event was felt by people from Philadelphia, New York City and even Boston.

“God is sending America strong signals telling us to repent. Earthquakes and eclipses and many more things will happen,” she says wrote at X. “I pray our country listens.”

According to the United States Geological Survey, the earthquake’s epicenter was in Lebanon, New Jersey, just seven miles from President Donald Trump’s golf course in Bedminster. The earthquake occurred at 10:23 a.m. EST.

Greene also referenced the upcoming solar eclipse that will occur in the United States on Monday, April 8.

Greene has a history of using her platform to promote God and country and warn her enemies.

“I will also tell the lion that wants to devour our children that our God is greater,” Greene said during a CPAC speech in 2023. ‘Our God is the God who created man and woman, in his image he created us.’

While in Congress, she warned Republicans in 2023 to “do what’s right” for Americans or face God’s wrath.

“Vengeance is mine,” says the Lord wrote about X. ‘God will not leave evil unpunished.’

In 2022, she urged Republicans embrace the“Christian nationalism” during a speech at a Turning Point USA conference.

“We must be the party of nationalism and I am a Christian, and I say it with pride: we must be Christian nationalists,” she said.
