Anal cancer is a rare disease that affects the end of the intestine. The NHS states that 1,300 people in Britain are diagnosed with it every year.
The website claims that the main treatments for anal cancer are chemoradiation, that is, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and surgery to remove the tumor.
