The body of a man was found inside the car park of a NSW David Jones store.
Emergency services were called to the car park in Wollongong, south of Sydney, at around 7:15am on Friday.
They found the man unconscious, and despite desperate efforts to revive him, they were unable to save him.
The man has not yet been identified.
A NSW police spokesman said investigating officers did not believe the death was suspicious.

The parking lot has fallen into a state of despair in recent years and is known to be a dark and dirty place among the locals.
Some people have even been known to urinate in the area.
