We all know that the producers of Married At First Sight are the ones pulling the strings whenever a “major scandal” occurs on camera.
But there has never been any cold hard evidence that they staged a story, until now.
Exclusive images obtained by Daily Mail Australia show puppeteers at work as Harrison Boon and Bronte Schofield film ‘family week’.
The producers were seen brushing aside Bronte’s sister Kirra, who had previously expressed doubts about Harrison on the couple’s wedding day, and urging her to ‘rip’ her brother-in-law.
They chimed in after noting how well the trio got along on set, which “wouldn’t make for good television,” according to a well-placed source.

Producers weighed in after noting how well Bronte (left), Kirra (center) and Harrison got along on set, which “wouldn’t make for good television,” according to a well-placed source.
“The producers were trying to create drama and were desperate to inject some tension into the show,” the source said.
“They freaked out when the three of them got together and hit it off, as they expected Kirra to be on the warpath after what happened at the wedding.”
Kirra was instantly suspicious of Harrison’s arrogant attitude when she met his eyes at the altar, and her suspicions were later confirmed when he claimed at the reception that he had a “secret girlfriend” waiting for him outside the experiment.
But things had clearly gone cold when Kirra returned for family week, and the producers panicked before deciding to step in.
‘They wanted Kirra to try Harrison, but that didn’t happen. So they took her outside of it and told her that she had to go back inside and give her a pep talk,” the source revealed.
They practically ordered her to attack him and say she didn’t trust him.
“Things were going really well with Bronte and Harrison at that stage, but the producers wanted Kirra to come in and cause drama.”
According to inside information, the producers told family and friends of Harrison and Bronte that they “wouldn’t be going home until they had enough proper footage to work with.”
“They freaked out when the three of them got together and hit it off as they expected Kirra to be on the warpath after what happened at the wedding,” a source said. Several MAFS producers then pulled Kirra aside, as seen here, and ordered her to go back inside and “give her [Harrison] one ear
“They practically wanted her to tear him apart and say she didn’t trust him,” the source said.
“Things were really good with Bronte and Harrison at that stage, but the producers wanted Kirra to come in and cause drama,” the spy added.
And it seems they succeeded as Bronte’s sister was later seen angrily giving Harrison an insight into her thoughts during the gathering with family and friends.
In a preview for the upcoming episode, Kirra warns Harrison, “If you fuck with her, you fuck with me,” before hinting that he hasn’t seen the last of her yet.
In contrast to these dramatic scenes, photos taken earlier in the day show Harrison and Kirra smiling and laughing together during filming on September 30.
This is despite the fact that Kirra had taken an instant dislike to Harrison at his wedding to her sister weeks before.
For the first time in weeks, Harrison and Bronte seemed to be getting along.
It seems the producers were successful, as Bronte’s sister was later seen angrily giving Harrison an insight into her thoughts during the gathering with family and friends.
In contrast to these dramatic scenes, photos taken earlier in the day show Harrison and Kirra smiling and laughing together during filming on September 30.
“You’re a lucky man,” he told Harrison.
“She’s not doing too bad either,” Harrison replied, an arrogant comment that made Kirra flinch.
As Kirra kept a close eye on the groom, Harrison seemed to win over Bronte and everyone else at the wedding, and it wasn’t until their relationship history was brought up at the reception that cracks began to emerge.
Kirra wore a beige crop top, off-white pants, and a black leather coat.
Bronte wore a green shirt that he paired with a beige trench coat.
Bronte appeared in a good mood throughout the meeting and was seen drinking red wine.
