Machine Gun Kelly jumps up to defend himself saying ‘get the f*** away from me’ as aggressive fan storms stage at Ohio forum before security intervenes

Machine Gun Kelly had a scary experience when a fan rushed the stage during the 2023 Forbes 30 Under 30 conference in his hometown of Cleveland on Tuesday.

The Bloody Valentine hitmaker jumped to his defense after an unidentified conference attendee managed to sneak past security and make his way on stage, as seen in a video posted on Instagram.

In the clip, the fan slowly approached the singer, aka MGK, who was sitting in a chair for his interview with Forbes representative, Kristin Stoller.

With his fists balled, the crooner quickly jumped out of his chair and came at the young man, saying: ‘My man, get the f**k off me. Yo, what are you doing? What are you doing? It’s a bad look. Don’t make me do it.’

A security guard quickly came in from backstage, grabbed the fan and dragged him off the stage.

After a brief pause following the intense moment, MGK – real name Colson Baker – told the audience: ‘I’m sorry, I’m trying to live more on this side than the other guy in the dichotomy.

“I left that guy in the past. I’m really sorry. I do apologize for my primal reaction.’

Stoller complimented the star for keeping his composure and said he handled it ‘amazingly’.

This is not the first time Machine Gun Kelly has found himself on the brink of an altercation in a public forum.

In July there was an incident at the Orange County Fair where a guy aggressively approached MGK and his girlfriend, Megan Fox. During the altercation with MGK’s security team, Megan was pushed into a barricade.

In 2021, MMA fighter Conor McGregor had some choice words for Machine Gun Kelly during an appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards held at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

The incident took place on the red carpet just before the show started, with both Conor and MGK accompanied by their partners, Megan and Dee Devlin respectively.

Megan intervened and placed herself between the two men, eventually leading her boyfriend away from the growing crowd that had gathered.

‘Nothing happened to me, I only fight real fighters, people who actually fight, you know what I mean? I’m definitely not fighting little vanilla boy rappers.

‘I don’t even know the guy. I don’t know anything about him except that he’s with Megan Fox.’

Initially, there were rumors that the fighter wanted to take a photo with MGK, but the star turned down the request, as reported by TMZ.

However, Conor’s spokesperson later clarified to MailOnline, saying: ‘Conor McGregor wasn’t looking for a photo with anyone, and he wasn’t the one who started this incident. He is not familiar with Machine Gun Kelly, apart from the fact that Kelly attended one of Conor’s fights in July.’

There were also reports indicating that words were exchanged, and the situation escalated to the point where Kelly punched Conor, causing him to stumble back and spill his drink.
