The model, 26 – who recently celebrated the Mugler x H&M launch last month – flashed some very racy poses in the see-through issue.
One shot showed Lourdes showing off her bare bottom as she socialized with a male friend on a white leather couch.
She then appeared on all fours atop a pool table with her Christian Louboutin heels in the air.
Lourdes’s long, dark brown hair fell in smooth and straight strands along her curvaceous figure.

In a short clip, Lourdes took to a lit-up dance floor to writhe around as purple mood lights flickered overhead.

Late last month, Lourdes once again showcased a scantily clad look to celebrate the launch of H&M’s new collaboration with Mugler.
She exuded confidence in a bold black cut-out catsuit that showed off her ample bust and hourglass curves.
Lourdes styled the skimpy bathing suit with a luxe black coat that fell off one shoulder as she posed seductively in front of a sea of shutterbugs.
She was wearing strappy black heels and her long, raven-black hair fell in sleek strands down her back.
As for makeup, the sought-after model rocked smoky eyeshadow and a juicy peach pout bordered with brown lip pencil.
She joined Pamela Anderson and Chloe Sevigny on the red carpet.

With the H&M x Mugler collection, fashionistas can get their hands on the signature silhouette of the late designer Thierry Mugler at a fraction of the price.
“Each piece is defined by the irrepressible Mugler energy: playful, youthful, body positive and a compliment to each individual’s identity,” reads the official site.
It offers women’s and men’s clothing, as well as “gender fluid” accessories.
The women’s clothing designs emphasize natural curves with boxy blazers and figure-hugging waists seen in their signature catsuits, worn by the likes of Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian.
For men, there is a variety of chic leather, denim and printed pieces, including ‘tank tops with corset’ for the ultimate style statement.
Casey Cadwallader, Mugler’s creative director, described the capsule collection as “a watershed moment for the house of Mugler – an opportunity for us to celebrate our history and the pieces we are so loved for today.”
Mugler x H&M will be released in stores and online from May 11.
