Oh no! The former Made In Chelsea star, 32, revealed that she was back in hospital due to an “unexpected situation” while dealing with another health issue.
“The last time I was in the hospital for an extended period (it felt like forever) I really got cut off from reality and couldn’t even turn on a phone or focus on anything for more than a minute. I have learned a lot from that experience.
‘TRY TO STAY CONNECTED AND CONTINUE AS NORMAL. Gosh, last time I thought eating a Lindor chocolate ball my brother bought me was going to kill me, so I had to spit it out.
She continued: ‘Talk to whoever you can find. Whether it’s nurses (don’t be offended if they’re full and you have to run), family on the phone, friends on WhatsApp, strangers on Instagram.
‘ANYTHING TO DISTRACT YOUR MIND. It may seem very strange to message people about such major life-threatening events as if they were daily activities, but for me it has helped normalize (or make logic) what happened and talk about it this time.
“I think last time I waited until my brain figured out what had happened until I opened up to people or saw people and that was a LONG TIME to wait.”
Louise revealed that she broke down in tears after speaking to a friendly man who worked for a charity.
She continued: ‘I spoke to a very sweet man with the charity love cart and he brought me to tears because he was so kind.
‘Take a selfie. It may sound strange or vain, but it’s good to remember what you look like. A quick glance in the mirror reaffirms our sense of identity.

‘What a whirlwind’: Louise told fans to try to eat something, talk to whoever they can, take a selfie and brush their teeth to try and stay in the real world
Opening: The TV personality also revealed that she’s been brushing her teeth this time in hospital after last being left with ‘brown spots around her gum line’
‘Seeing yourself in the mirror is an everyday experience for many outside the hospital. I developed a fear of mirrors after being in the hospital for so long last time, so I won’t let that happen again.
She also added that her “senses” are really important in bringing her back to “reality and normality,” whether it’s through food or perfume.
Eat something as soon as you are allowed. Taste is one of the BEST senses and we want to get back to reality and normality,’ she added.
‘I think for me to use my senses (sight, hearing, smell, taste, touch) as much as possible is important. On that note, I could use some fragrance, honestly the sweat my body expels when I’m on all the IV’s is horrendous.
“I just realized how weird it is that I’m writing all this hospital ‘advice’ as if someone else is going to go through the same weird experience as me.”
‘This might help, ME. P.S. I’m bored (which is a good sign because it means I’m not super sick)’.
Scary: He didn’t reveal the exact medical problem, but he did give his followers the advice he learned from his experiences.
It comes after Louise revealed on Wednesday that the health issue has now caused her to miss her flight to St. Lucia.
He took a photo from his hospital bed and wrote: “We were supposed to fly to St. Lucia this morning.”
She admitted: “I’m so upset that we can’t go because I really needed some sun and sea.”
Trying valiantly to say positive though, Louise added: “But at the same time I’m VERY grateful that all of this happened on English soil because I have no idea what the outcome would have been abroad.”
Difficult: It comes after Louise posted an update sitting on a hospital bed, writing: “I’ve been quiet here recently because I had a bit of an unexpected situation again.”

‘I really don’t know what to say at this point except a big thank you to everyone who has kept the old clock ticking.
“I feel like I have used up my quota for NHS services at the moment. eeek I can’t help but feel a little guilty about all of this.
‘I guess the only message for today is to take NOTHING for granted. Oh, and without sounding too dramatic, tell everyone you love them RIGHT NOW.
