Longtime 2024 Republican hopeful Vivek Ramaswamy tells DailyMail.com that Biden has “mental deficiencies” that can “help those who control him”

- Claimed that democratic elites are puppeteer
- Comes on the same day that President Biden announced that he is running for re-election
Presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy claims that President Joe Biden is “not really a candidate for president” because he is controlled behind the scenes by the Democratic elite.
He also suggested to DailyMail.com what many have speculated: that Susan Rice, Biden’s outgoing head of domestic policy, is leaving the White House to work for the campaign. Ramaswamy said Rice is one of them.
The biotech multimillionaire said Biden’s “cognitive flaws” are a “hallmark” for those seeking to control him.
“I think the biggest farce is the idea of Biden actually becoming president,” Ramaswamy said in a quick phone interview. “He’s not really — it’s the management class, making him a puppet to advance their agenda.”

Ramaswamy is one of the few Republicans to have already taken part in what is expected to be a crowded primary.
He joins the field with former President Donald Trump, ex-South Carolina Gov Nikki Haley and former Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson. Dozens of others are rumored to be considering a run, including Florida Governor Ron DeSantus.
Ramswamy slammed the Democratic National Committee (DNC) for not holding primary debates, something that often happens within parties when an incumbent president is running for re-election.
“And I think the fact that the DNC also silences every debate, they won’t have two primary debates, says how much they’re willing to support their puppet,” he continued.
Currently, two long-running Democratic candidates are vying for the nomination against Biden — author Marianne Williamson and attorney and anti-vaxxer Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
“I think the fact that Biden suffers from cognitive impairment, that’s not a fault for them, that’s a trait. That is what allows him to be controlled and captured by the administrative management bureaucracy below,” Ramaswamy explained his theory to DailyMail.com.
He said the DNC’s decision not to hold debates is the Democrats’ way of “spit in the face of their own base.”
Ramaswamy said the “executive elite” that Biden controls are the “middle to upper echelons of the Democratic National Committee,” as well as “the people who staff nonprofit boards and the Democratic Party administrative donor class.”
