Liverpool defender Nat Phillips is a loan target for Middlesbrough and Stuttgart.
Another Liverpool defender, Billy Koumetio, 20, has moved to French side USL Dunkirk on a season-long loan.
The 26-year-old Phillips was on loan at Stuttgart in the 2019/20 season, making 22 appearances.
He also spent time on loan at Bournemouth.
Phillips made 29 appearances for Liverpool, but only made two appearances in the Premier League last season.

He played a prominent role as Jürgen Klopp’s side went through an injury crisis in the 2020/21 season, making 17 appearances in the league.
Koumetio, who was previously capped by France at youth level, was loaned out to Austria Vienna last season.
