LeBron James hints at Lakers exit as LA icon refuses to confirm if he’s played his last game for the team after NBA playoff exit against the Denver Nuggets: ‘I’m not going to answer that’

LeBron James has cast his future with the Lakers in doubt after refusing to confirm whether he has played his last game for LA following their NBA playoff loss to the Denver Nuggets.

The Lakers were defeated 108-106 by the Nuggets in the final seconds on Monday night, condemning them to a 4-1 series loss and ending their playoff hopes for another year.

After his 30-point return failed to get LA over the line, LeBron decided not to answer a question about his future with the team, suggesting he still has some thinking to do heading into the summer.

When asked if there was any thought that Monday’s game would be his last against the Lakers, the 39-year-old paused before saying, “Um, I’m not going to answer that.”
