The former WAG, 42, took to Instagram on Monday to show off her incredible figure when she took part in an aerial Pilates class.
In the video, Kyly showed off her toned arms in a black singlet, which she threw over a brown activewear set from activewear brand Running Bare.
Kyly, the ex-wife of cricketer Michael Clarke, opted for a light make-up look and tied up her brunette locks for the gym session.
In the video, she showed off her impressive flexibility and strength as she stretched and hung upside down in a hammock.
“@stretch_base continues to challenge my mind, my balance, my core and my mindset,” she wrote alongside a promotion from her local Pilates center.
Her latest post comes as her ex-husband Michael makes headlines after finding love again with glamorous property guru Arabella Sherborne.
Michael and Kyly went their separate ways in 2019 after seven years of marriage and remain co-parents to their eight-year-old daughter Kelsey Lee.

Earlier this month, cricketer Michael, 43, almost confirmed his romance with new girlfriend Arabella, 32, when he left a flirty comment on her Instagram post.
Just days later, Arabella was spotted arriving at Michael’s Sydney, a $13 million mansion ready for a weekend stay, walking in laden with clothes.
The couple appear to be going from strength to strength as their weekend getaway came after they returned from a seaside holiday.
Arabella, who is 11 years younger than Michael, shared a series of solo photos of herself from her trip to Instagram as she kept things low key with Michael.
In the photos, Arabella put on a glamorous display as she enjoyed a glass of wine at Rick Shores restaurant, taking in the breathtaking views.

A source said they were joined by Michael’s daughter Kesley Lee, who he shares with his ex-wife Kyly.
