Kylie Minogue puts down roots in Melbourne when she launches her own Yarra Valley-based wine label just months after her grand return to the Australian city.
Kylie Minogue returned to Melbourne earlier this year and has already set her sights on the Victorian wine market.
The 54-year-old princess of pop has released a new pinot noir and chardonnay through her Wines by Kylie Minogue label in collaboration with De Bortoli Wines in the Yarra Valley.
She celebrated the launch Monday, telling fans herald sun how excited she was to expand her spirits brand with her early Victorian releases.
Kylie Minogue, 54, (pictured) moved back to Melbourne earlier this year and has already set her sights on the Victorian wine market.
“Once we launched the rosé, which was a success, the next conversation was that we needed an Australian wine,” he said.

The Can’t Get You Out of My Head hitmaker went on to say that she would always ‘love’ an excuse to travel to the Yarra Valley.

I’m an hour or so from where I grew up. I love that [this wine is] in victory. I’m very proud of that,” Minogue added.
The chardonnay and pinot noir will be produced by De Bortoli Yarra Valley winemaker Steve Webber and Leanne De Bortoli next year.
Minogue launched her wine brand in 2020 with a rosé before it evolved into a collection of drops, including a prosecco rosé and a number zero alcohol.
She celebrated the launch on Monday, telling the Herald Sun how excited she was to expand her alcohol brand with her early Victorian releases.
They recently took over the American wine market with their award-winning range, hosting an online wine tasting.
The webinar was conducted via Zoom and launched on September 22 at 4:00 pm US Eastern Standard Time.
Minogue launched her wines into the lucrative US market in June, with a performance at New York City’s famed Café Carlyle.
The Can’t Get You Out of My Head hitmaker went on to say that she would always ‘love’ an excuse to travel to the Yarra Valley.
The pop diva said that bringing her wine to the US market was a ‘pinch me’ moment.
‘What a night! A true ‘pinch moment’ performing at the iconic Cafe Carlyle in New York City,’ he wrote on social media.
‘Thank you to the Rosewood bar team and staff for such a special launch for Kylie Minogue wines here in the US.’
The chardonnay and pinot noir will be produced by De Bortoli Yarra Valley winemaker Steve Webber (left) and Leanne De Bortoli (right) next year.
