Jenner made a record $15 million purchase of 5 acres of land in Hidden Hills in May 2020.

She’s not the only A-lister to have purchased the property, as Miley Cyrus had bought it in 2015 because her horses lived there, but never built a house on it as she sold it three years later.

Kylie’s new spot, purchased in April 2020, is billed as a ‘resort complex’, spanning 19,000 square feet and featuring four guest houses. It also has a private guardhouse, a professional kitchen and several home bars.

The property was originally on the market for $45 million, meaning Jenner got a discount.

$12 million Hidden Hills mansion

Kylie got her current home in 2016, meaning she’s been there longer than her other homes. The 13,200 square meter property sits on 1.4 hectares of land.

Although she just bought a new house, it doesn’t seem like she has any plans to sell the house anytime soon as the house isn’t listed anywhere.

Calabasas $2.7 million ‘starter home’

Jenner bought her first house in 2015 when she was just 17 years old. She chose the location because it was close to sisters Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian. She is reported to be undertaking extensive renovations to satisfy her ‘edgy’ tastes.

When the house was sold to entrepreneur Nikki Eslami in 2017, Kylie is said to have made a profit of $500,000.

$6 million Hidden Hills ‘mini-mansion’

Kylie upgraded in 2016 and purchased a space that was almost 2,000 square feet larger than her previous digs. It was reportedly home to six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a home theater and a four-car garage with epoxy floors.

Jenner sold the place in 2018 and although it was a private sale, she reportedly made a $1 million profit.

$4.5 million ‘office house’ right next door

Jenner decided to become her own neighbor just three months later and took the path right next door. Her plan was to turn the space into a home office, but just five months later she put the house on the market.

It was sold to hockey player John Schiavo in 2017 for about $750,000 more than she bought it for.

A $5 million plot of land in Hidden Hills

Jenner originally purchased this vacant piece of land in 2017 with plans to turn it into a garden and horse farm, but things never came to fruition.

But she decided to dump the lot about 10 months later and still made a profit when she offloaded the vacant land for $5.35 million in August.
