Kim Zolciak DENIES ‘hurtful allegations’ that she cheated on estranged husband Kroy Biermann…after he accused her of ‘f***ing other men’ in police bodycam footage: ‘I am at a breaking point’

Kim Zolciak has officially spoken out to deny estranged husband Kroy Biermann's “hurtful allegations” after he accused her of “screwing other men” in police bodycam footage.

The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star, 45 – whose marriage to the former NFL star is “irreparable” – issued a statement on Saturday via a link on her main Instagram page, which then took her followers to an article about Celebrity.

Last month, officers responded to their home over a domestic dispute, and in bodycam videos, Kroy, 38, claimed their lives had been “destroyed” and also claimed the “narcissistic” TV personality had been with other men during their marriage.

However, in her own statement, Kim said, “The comments in the bodycam footage of Kroy, who is clearly enraged, are not true.”

“I vehemently deny any accusation that I was unfaithful to Kroy at any time during our 12-year marriage. Any statement to the contrary is blatantly false, baseless and defamatory.”

“I have tried not to speak about these hurtful accusations, but I am at a breaking point with this and I will not remain silent if my character is killed off,” she continued emotionally.

Zolciak concluded firmly, “Any other allegations made based on videos appearing in the press will be addressed by my legal team at an appropriate time.”

She shared a post on Instagram with a throwback photo of herself posing with Kroy, writing to her fans, “My official statement regarding the allegations that I cheated on Kroy. link in bio.'

In the images, obtained by TMZ On Wednesday, Biermann accused his estranged wife of being a “narcissist,” even shouting that she “has fucked other men.”

The video clips provided new context to the shouting match, which was so intense that one of the couple's four youngest children called 911 for help.

A wild-eyed Biermann can be seen complaining about his ex and insulting her while speaking to a responding officer, and he seems unable to calm himself even after the police arrive.

The bodycam video begins with an officer arriving at the couple's home in Milton, Georgia, which they put on the market for $6 million in October in homes that escaped foreclosure.

He arrived at the home's garage, where Kroy is leaning toward the driver's side window of a white Range Rover, while Kim sits inside with the lights on.

When the officer asked what was going on between the two, Biermann replied in an almost cheerful tone: “We're just having a fight.”

When questioned about it, he said the argument was about “our damn lives!” while raising his hands in the air. “It's destroyed!” he continued, waving his arms in the air again.

When the officer, who sounded unnerved by Kroy's tone, asked what prompted the fight, the former athlete blamed it on “her inability to solve problems, or address them, or do anything!”

At one point, the police officer tried to get Kroy to explain why he was getting “so excited.” But he didn't turn the temperature down at all and instead repeated, “Because our lives have been destroyed!”

He then paused for a few seconds with his eyes wide and his mouth hanging open as he held his arms straight out to his body.

'What do not you understand?!' he asked aggressively.

An officer also spoke with Kim who was sitting in the driver's seat of a white SUV, and she claimed Kroy had been “yelling at me like crazy for hours.”

While seemingly on the verge of tears, the reality star told the officer that she just wanted a divorce from the former NFL player.

Her latest statement comes after Zolciak and Biermann's friends reportedly believe their marriage is beyond repair.

Despite the explosive row last month, insiders inquired TMZ that Zolciak and Biermann managed to briefly mend fences.

Eventually, however, the combined weight of their relationship problems – including their arguments over money and property – reportedly became too much to handle.

Their marriage would be so irreparably broken that even therapy would be insufficient to repair their relationship.

Insiders say friends of the couple have concluded that a breakup would be the least damaging option for their children.

The estranged couple is also facing mounting money problems, with Kim recently being sued by Chase Bank for $4,000 in unpaid credit card bills, per TMZ.

According to the outlet, the reality star's unpaid dues date all the way back to November 2022.

Last month, the former NFL player was also sued by Chase Bank, which claimed he owed $13,071.88 in credit card debt.

Kim has recently faced other financial problems, including being sued by Bank of America for defaulting on credit card payments.

Zolciak reportedly owes the bank a large sum of $56,224.07, according to legal documents also obtained by TMZ in November.

Earlier this year, in May, it was previously reported that the couple owes $1.1 million in unpaid taxes, penalties and interest to the IRS.

The two stars also owe $15,000 to the state of Georgia for unpaid taxes from 2018.

Kroy is dealing with his own money problems, and earlier this month it was revealed that the sports star was being sued by his own lawyer for unpaid legal fees.

Amid the couple's financial struggles, Kim has previously put up some Kroy designer shoes for sale, as well as her own designer items, such as luxury bags.

Kim was also recently criticized by fans after she shared a fake sonogram and clickbait article on Instagram late last month that falsely suggested her daughter, Brielle, was pregnant.

Sources told TMZ at the time that the reality star was actually paid to post the clickbait article.

Kim and Kroy filed for divorce in May after tying the knot in 2011. They share sons Kroy Jr., 12, and Kash, 11, as well as twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, 10.

Biermann is also stepfather to Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 22, who Kim welcomed from a previous relationship.
