Kim Zolciak claims she and her estranged husband Kroy Biermann are still trying to make their marriage work, two weeks after he filed for divorce for the second time.
On Friday night, the 45-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta alum told her Instagram followers that she and the retired NFL linebacker, 37, have been “working on their marriage” and “living as husband and wife.”
“The daily lies are too much,” she captioned a video of her massive walk-in closet, chock full of Christian Louboutin heels and hundreds of designer shoes.
She appeared to allude to reports that she had moved out of their $3 million Georgia mansion, declaring that she was “living here and not going anywhere!”
Following reports that she has moved out of their home amid their ‘serious financial’ problems, the reality star’s reps told DailyMail.com that the stories were ‘not true’.

Earlier in the day, TMZ reported that “a process server” said they could not file a lawsuit against Zolciak because she had “reportedly moved.”
The process server also told the outlet that he had spoken to an unknown man, who claimed he had “just purchased the property.”
Last Thursday, the former Atlanta Falcons linebacker asked a judge for permission to sell their marital home and filed documents requesting that their home be put on the market as soon as possible.
The documents mention ‘serious financial difficulties’ and the sale of the house could cover a ‘significant debt’ that the couple has accrued over the years.
It was also mentioned in the file, obtained by TMZthat he was forced to sell personal items earlier this year to avoid a foreclosure auction in February.
Kroy, through his attorney Marlys A. Bergstrom, said Zolciak, 45, has caused “financial devastation” to the family.
While Biermann, who played eight seasons in the NFL for the Atlanta Falcons and Buffalo Bills, managed to scrape together enough to make the monthly payments and avoid bankruptcy, it was said that it was a “struggle” every month.
The documents added that Biermann has sold some of his designer backpacks to raise the necessary cash, although Zolciak apparently won’t do the same.

Biermann claims he asked his estranged wife to sell some of her luxury designer bags… which she actually did, although none of the money was used to improve their financial situation.
“Ironically, she sold handbags, hers and her daughters’, and other luxury fashion items, including her infamous wigs,” Biermann claims in the documents.
“However, none of the proceeds from the sale of these items went to the mortgage or other bills,” he claims.
The former footballer added that they have not made their July mortgage payment and are again being threatened with foreclosure if they do not sell the house quickly.
Biermann first met Zolciak at a charity event in 2010, and they married in 2011 at the Roswell, Georgia home they shared for the duration of their marriage.
They share Kroy Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9, with Zolciak’s daughters Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21, from previous relationships.
