Kim Kardashian was excited about American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy’s idea to play a divorce attorney in a new series, as seen in the latest episode of The Kardashians on Hulu.
The episode showed Ryan enjoying dinner with Kim and Kim’s mother Kris Jenner as he pitched the idea to her.
“Kim is the best and most expensive divorce lawyer in the world, and she has her own office, and what’s special about her office is that it’s an all-female office,” The Glee creator said.
Ryan pitched his idea to the mother of four (who worked with Chloe Sevigny for Variety’s Actors on Actors) and her mother, describing the project as a luxurious, glossy and sexy procedural for adults.”
Kim, 43, starred in the TV producer’s show AHS: Delicate.

During the latest episode of The Kardashians on Hulu Thursday, the 43-year-old SKIMS founder had a casual dinner with her mother, Kris Jenner, 68, and American Horror Story creator Murphy.
The reality star’s performance was so well received that producers wanted her on her own series, Murphy said, while Kim reacted in shock.
“When you get divorced, you have a very good relationship with your lawyer and you tell them everything,” he added, saying, “There is a bond between women trying to get through an experience together,” she said at the radio. show, via Deadline.
This prompted Kim to say that she had “some experience” with divorce, having been married and divorced three times.
She married producer Damon Thomas when she was 19 and divorced him three years later.
She then married NBA player Kris Humphries in 2011 and that marriage lasted just 72 days.
Finally, she married rapper Kanye West in a lavish multi-million ceremony in France in 2014, and divorced him in 2021. Kim and Kanye share three children, North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.
Kim’s character in the series is inspired by her real-life divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, who represented her during her divorces from Humphries and West.
“I mean, there are so many fun moments with Laura and I that I’m like, ‘Don’t ever let me do that again!'” the reality star said.
‘Then the next one [divorce]she would say, “Hey, you reminded me last time: don’t ever let me do this again.”‘

It’s the first project for Murphy and his new Disney deal.
It’s written by Brothers & Sisters creator Jon Robin Baitz, writer of the upcoming volume of Murphy’s Feud: Capote Vs. The Swans and Joe Baken, Deadline reported.
