Twist in the death of Kim Kardashian’s OnlyFans lookalike, 34, as her family launches an investigation into how she died ‘suddenly’ after plastic surgery — and they suspect foul play
The grieving family of an OnlyFans model known for her resemblance to Kim Kardashian has launched an investigation into her “sudden” death.
Christina Ashten Gourkani, a 34-year-old American model who passed by Ashten G online, died in hospital on April 20 of cardiac arrest, shortly after undergoing a plastic surgery procedure.
While Ms. Gourkani underwent many cosmetic surgeries during her short life – all of which involved risks that she would have been well aware of – her family suspects foul play.
“Her sudden and tragic death is currently under investigation… in connection with a medical procedure that took a negative turn,” they said in a statement.
Cardiac arrest occurs when the heart suddenly stops pumping blood around the body, usually due to a problem with electrical signals in the organ.

This causes the brain to become deprived of oxygen, causing patients to stop breathing and lose consciousness.
Cardiac arrests are different from heart attacks, the latter occurring when the blood supply to the heart muscle is cut off due to a clot in one of the coronary arteries.
Meanwhile, Mrs. Gourkani’s family has started a GoFundMe page to raise money for her funeral, which will take place next week.

The page contains a lengthy statement expressing the family’s shock and anguish, as well as a brief account of the moments leading up to Mrs. Gourkani’s death.
“It is with deep sadness and an immensely heavy, broken heart that we must share the most crushing, unfortunate and unexpected passing of our beautiful, beloved daughter and sister Christina Ashten Gourkani,” they wrote.
The statement went on to describe the poignant moment when, at 4:30am, someone called Ms. Gourkani’s family and shouted, “Ashten is dying, Ashten is dying!”
The family spokesperson went on to describe the “living nightmare” of seeing her health deteriorate in hospital following her cardiac arrest.
As of Thursday morning, the GoFundMe has been collecting $4,281 of his $40,000 goal.

Magdalena, a plastic surgery addict who once nearly died trying to get “the world’s thickest vagina,” wrote of Ms. Gourkani, “I don’t know her, [but] I would always randomly see her on Instagram and think she was really beautiful, but it’s so sad that she just died from plastic surgery.”
“It’s so scary because you just never know when you’re going to die [risky surgery]she added, before expressing her own fears about “maintaining brain damage” when she goes under the knife.
