Kim Kardashian has been granted a restraining order against a man who she allegedly believes to have been in telepathic communication with her.

Andre Persaud is prohibited from contacting Kim and must stay at least 100 meters from her after going to her house at least three times in August, according to TMZ. The restraining order will remain in effect for the next five years and was granted on Monday.

Kim, 42, claims he never met Andre and was concerned that he would turn violent after he allegedly claimed to have been armed, according to the site.

Persaud also allegedly posted about the reality star on social media, where Kim says he “claimed that I had been communicating with him telepathically” in a particular social media post.

The order also stipulates that Persaud must not own or possess a weapon. He must also turn over any firearms he already has to law enforcement.

Kim was previously granted a temporary restraining order against Persaud last month.

This isn’t Kim’s first stalker scare.

Last year, a stalker, named Nicholas Costanza, was detained by security in his guard-protected community of Hidden Hills.

The man, who had previously sent her a diamond ring and the Plan-B morning-after pill, was arrested for trespassing and violating his five-year permanent restraining order.

This comes six years after thieves broke into her hotel room during Paris Fashion Week in October 2016, tied her up and stole $10 million worth of jewelry.

The traumatic incident also “significantly changed” her and her sister Khloé Kardashian’s relationship.

While noting that “Kim was obviously a great sister before,” the Good American founder, 38, said there’s been a “significant shift in the way ‘Kim’ deals with her relationships and the attention she now give to your family instead of red carpets or things like that.

“I mean, our relationship has changed significantly,” Khloé noted.
