It comes as Kyle and his co-host Jackie O Henderson prepare to return to their radio show on January 16.
Before taking his annual break, Kyle had co-hosted his breakfast show with Brittany Hockley after Jackie announced she was stepping down.

According to The Sydney Morning Herald, bosses are “increasingly anxious” about Kyle’s controversial stunts in the coming year.
Jackie, who had been coughing and sounding bad on the air for weeks, explained that she had suffered from poor health since contracting Covid-19 a few months ago and needed adequate rest to recover from the virus.
She told listeners it would be off the air for the next “couple of weeks” and did not specify a return date.
“I haven’t been very well since I had Covid…I’ve been struggling with this fatigue,” he said.
It comes as Kyle and his co-host Jackie O Henderson prepare to return to their radio show on January 16.
“I went to the doctor several times and he told me that because I was pushing myself every day, after the program all I’ve been doing is sleeping and I’m not getting better.”
I feel like it’s gotten worse. I can hear it,” replied his co-host Kyle Sandilands, noting that Jackie couldn’t even laugh without having a coughing fit.
“I just have to take some time off,” he added. I’m going to finish the program today. Like now.
