After opening up about her nose job last season, Khloe Kardashian joked about it during the Season 4 premiere of The Kardashians.
The new season begins with most of the family vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, where they stayed at the beachfront home of fashion designer James Perse.
One morning on a trip, the whole family started their day with a beach workout, with Khloe and Corey Gamble throwing a medicine ball at each other.
“Watch my nose, I spent a lot of money on it,” Khloe says, laughing, as they look at the water, which Kendall says is “not bad,” but both Khloe and Kim say it’s “frozen.”
Although there had been several rumors over the years that Khloe would undergo plastic surgery, she first opened up about her nose job in June 2021 during a Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion with host Andy Cohen.

Careful: “Be careful with my nose, I spent a lot of money on it,” Khloe says, laughing, as they look at the water, which Kendall says is “not bad,” but both Khloe and Kim say it’s “freezing.”
“Everyone’s like, ‘Oh my God, she’s had her third face transplant!’ But I’ve had one nose job,” Khloe told Cohen.
‘Everyone gets so upset and thinks, ‘Why don’t I talk about it?’ No one has ever asked me. You’re the first person in an interview who’s ever asked me about my nose,” she said.
“I’ve definitely done injections, not really Botox. I had a bad reaction to Botox,” Khloe admitted.
Last season of The Kardashians, the sisters were all at Kourtney’s house as Kourtney reflected on Khloe’s body type as a child.
“And looking back, you weren’t chubby,” Kourtney says, but Khloe insists, “Well, I was, but it’s fine.”
Khloe pulls out an old photo of her and says, “It’s like I’m wearing a fat suit,” while Khloe confessionally adds, “We’re still growing up in front of the camera, for better or worse, no matter how old we are .’
“We’re still growing and evolving, and I think it’s unfair that there’s so much pressure on people. I think we’re all just trying to do our best,” she says.
Khloe tells her sisters, “Who knows if I would have never heard my mom talk about my nose if I thought I needed a nose job,” as Kourtney admits, “Right, I’ve definitely heard her talk about her nose.” ‘

Khloe also spoke about the nose job during The Kardashians: An ABC News Special in April 2022 with Robin Roberts, where she admitted she wished she had had the procedure sooner.
‘All my life I would say, I’ve always wanted to get my nose done, forever. But it’s right in your face and it’s scary to think about it. But I finally got the courage, and I did it, and I love it,” she said.
After the special aired, one person tweeted, “Khloe got a nose job omg” – to which she replied, “Yes! I also talked about it at the reunion with Andy Cohen. I got it a few weeks before True’s first birthday. Love it!’
She further tweeted about the recovery, saying it was “a breeze” and “honestly so easy.” She added: ‘My only regret is not doing it sooner.’
During the ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ reunion in June 2021, the Good American co-founder spoke with Cohen about the plastic surgery rumors surrounding her beauty evolution.
