REVEALED: Ketamine Queen Jasveen Sangha’s brazen social media post just WEEKS before her Matthew Perry overdose death arrest

The ‘Ketamine Queen’, who allegedly sold Matthew Perry the drugs that killed him, shamelessly posted about magic mushrooms on social media last month, DailyMail.com can reveal.

Jasveen Sangha was first charged with drug offenses in March after a raid on her home turned up thousands of pills, three pounds of methamphetamine, magic mushrooms, cocaine and dozens of vials of ketamine, prosecutors said.

But Sangha continued to brazenly flaunt her alleged drug connections in social media posts in July, the Justice Department alleges.

“As recently as July 24, 2024, the defendant posted a photo on social media of himself wearing a bracelet with the word ‘PAPER’ and several mushroom charms,” prosecutors wrote in a court document Thursday, asking that Sangha remain locked up pending trial.

‘It is striking that the suspect was arrested in March 2024 at the Sangha Stash Location with magic mushrooms.

In their court documents Thursday, prosecutors included a photo Sangha posted to social media in July showing her wearing a beaded bracelet with the word “MUSHY” and mushroom charms, which they said was a sign of her alleged drug connections.

‘And on the photo, the suspect added the caption that reads: ‘She’s busting out the old raver candy’ and ‘#ravetothegrave,’ suggesting she can’t be stopped and that she will continue her drug life until she dies – a callous choice of words considering her actions have sent two victims to their home.’

Justice Department officials were referring to Friends star Perry, who died from an injection of ketamine that Sangha allegedly sold him, and another victim, 33-year-old Cody McLaury, who died of a ketamine overdose in 2019, the day after Sangha allegedly sold him the tranquilizer.

Federal Judge Alka Sagar sided with prosecutors and ordered Sangha to remain in jail until her trial in October.

The 41-year-old Los Angeles resident pleaded not guilty in court on Thursday after being charged along with four others in an 18-count indictment.

Friends also told DailyMail.com that Sangha appeared unfazed by her impending trial on her 41st birthday earlier this month, giving no sign that she might face a prison sentence of 10 years or more.

Los Angeles real estate agent Greg Wasik told DailyMail.com he was shocked to learn that his longtime girlfriend had been charged with selling the drugs that killed Perry. He also said she appeared normal and calm as she partied with friends at a Hollywood bar a few days ago.

“I was at her birthday party recently and there was no sign of anything like that happening in her life,” he said.

Alleged drug dealer Jasveen Sangha has not been shy about flaunting her flashy lifestyle

The socialite is accused of using her North Hollywood home to store, package and distribute narcotics, including ketamine and methamphetamine.

Her home was referred to in the indictment as the “Sangha Stash House.”

Jasveen wrote ‘delete all our messages’ to alleged accomplice Erik Fleming on October 28 – the day Perry died

“She was absolutely a very normal person, who I’ve known for years.”

Wasik said he met Sangha through the dance music events they frequented. He attended her birthday party this month and a more extravagant 1970s-style event for her 40th birthday last year, when Sangha dressed in sequins, carried a pimp-style walking stick and posed next to a fancy Mercedes.

In their complaint for Sangha’s arrest, prosecutors pointed out that she held dual nationality, that of the United Kingdom, and that she therefore posed a flight risk.

Los Angeles U.S. Attorneys Ian Yanniello and Haoxiaohan Cai said Sangha “engaged in a drug trafficking ring for five years by selling methamphetamine, ketamine and other drugs to numerous drug buyers.”

An affidavit from DEA agent Tyler Abrego said she was a “major drug dealer” and that drugs were found in her “hideout” in North Hollywood, including “approximately 1.978 grams of orange pills that tested positive for methamphetamine and other drugs.”

The raid led to a March 30 charge of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

Sangha was initially bailed out by her mother, Nilem Sangha, on a $100,000 bond.

Nilem Sangha declined to comment when contacted at her home on Friday by DailyMail.com.

This week it was announced that Sangha had been re-arrested and charged with 10 additional charges, relating to her alleged sale of ketamine to Perry and her attempts to cover up the crime after he died by deleting her text messages.

Perry’s former assistant Kenny Iwamasa, 59, (left) and Dr. Salvador Plasencia, 42, were also charged in connection with Perry’s death

Perry had recently moved back into his newly renovated home and was enjoying his hot tub when he passed away suddenly last October

Presenting some of the evidence they had against her, prosecutors told the judge in their filing Thursday that they found “numerous conversations with customers” on Sangha’s phone via the encrypted messaging app Signal, in which she “discussed selling drugs” and “videos of her ‘cooking’ liquid ketamine on the stove to convert it to powder form.”

“She had Signal conversations with a ketamine buyer about shipping vials of ketamine. The suspect sent photos of the ketamine packaging and a photo of the shipping receipt on March 18, the day before the search warrant was executed. She promised the buyer, ‘I think you’ll like these, but remember they’re double the strength,'” Yanniello and Cai wrote.

Prosecutors say it was a long-term drug trafficking operation.

“For at least five years prior to her arrest, the defendant used the Sangha Stash House as a place where she sold, packaged, and manufactured drugs—beginning in approximately June 2019,” they wrote.

‘Although she also sold methamphetamine and other drugs such as magic mushrooms, the suspect’s specialty was ketamine, which she routinely sold. She presented herself as a famous drug dealer with high-quality products.’

The dossier also raised suspicions about Sangha’s sources of income.

Sangha is now charged with conspiracy to distribute ketamine, maintaining a drug house, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute ketamine and five counts of distribution of ketamine. She faces a possible life sentence

“It is unclear how the suspect finances the home or what her current lifestyle is,” Justice Department officials said.

‘The suspect rents the Sangha Stash House for thousands of dollars a month, but according to the pretrial detention report, suspect Sangha has been unemployed since 2019 (before that, she claimed to have been self-employed as an “artist and singer” who organized “art exhibitions”) and has remained unemployed since her first detention hearing.

“The suspect was driving a rented Range Rover during the initial hearing and now leases a 2024 BMW.”

Sangha’s friend Clancy Carter, an interior designer from Orange County, told DailyMail.com that she understood her friend worked in marketing and event planning for the rich and famous, and that she had previously attended the Golden Globes and Oscars with Carter.

“She knows a lot of people in the industry,” said Carter, 49. “She and I went to the Golden Globes and the Oscars. There were a lot of celebrities she hung out with.

“She always wears the most beautiful designer clothes. She has a family that takes care of her,” the mother of three said. “She’s never been the type to need money.”
