The 27-year-old socialite appeared in an Instagram video of the head trainer in HelloLouis Chandler-Joseph, while completing several pull-ups.
She rocked a white cropped tank top, black leggings, and sneakers as she worked out in the morning.
Kendall flaunted her perfectly shaped body as she stood on an elastic band and quickly propelled herself over to the bar in perfect form.
The 818 Tequila founder wore her brown hair up in a messy ponytail and had a pair of pull-up gloves on her hands.
