Kate Moss stumbles over her words as she presents gong at the WSJ Innovator Awards

Kate Moss forgot her words and stumbled through a speech at the annual WSJ Innovator Awards last week.

The 48-year-old top model presented the Fashion Innovator gong to her boyfriend Anthony Vaccarello on Wednesday evening during the event at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.

Video shared on the Wall Street Journal’s social media shows Kate, who has been sober for four years, sloppy in the gushing speech about YSL’s artistic director.

After arriving on stage with a “good evening ladies and gentlemen” welcome, Kate seems to forget her words as she takes a long break to check her phone.

The model then seems to stumble over her short speech to the stilled room.

The legendary supermodel left little to the imagination as she showed off her runway-worthy frame in a sheer olive dress at the star-studded event.

It had an elegant hood and a triangular cutout on the midriff that gave a glimpse into Kate’s taut stomach.

A pair of black bikini-style underwear was visible through the sheer dress.

Last month, Kate revealed that her self-care brand Cosmoss changed her life as she turned her back on her wild ways.

The supermodel once famous for her parties launched the wellness brand earlier this year to focus on “self-love.”

Taking to Instagram spoke about her journey with the brand, explaining: “Once I started taking care of myself, things started to change. They say that self-care is part of self-love. That’s what we all need, that’s what I needed, to follow the Cosmos.

‘Happiness is in small things. Yesterday I picked a load of flowers from my garden for my stepfather’s birthday – sweet peas and dahlias.

“It makes me happy, I think I’m the happiest I’ve ever been.”

The model announced the launch of her Cosmoss brand in August, when she shared a video of herself swimming completely naked in the wild on social media.

Kate, who currently lives a much healthier lifestyle in the Cotswolds, claimed the brand is ‘self-care created for the modern journeys of life’.

She posted the artistic black and white images of herself on Instagram, which showed her wading through the waterfront before diving into the lake.

The launch of Cosmoss is a move that marks Kate as the latest celebrity to join the already complicated health and wellness market.

But at £412 for the lot, fans will have to dig deep for her products – not least the £105 Golden Nectar serum, which contains the ‘mythical’ tears of Chios, a plant resin produced on the Greek island.

Made from “powerful, natural substances,” the products are broken down into three rituals that are said to “balance body and soul with the natural environment and circadian cycles.”
