A Kanye West publicist was charged in the Donald Trump indictment after he was caught harassing election officials, prosecutors say.

Trevian Kutti was indicted for pressuring Fulton County election worker Ruby Freeman in January 2021.

The 51-year-old went to the Georgia election worker’s home to persuade her to admit baseless allegations of voter fraud — otherwise she would be arrested within 48 hours, prosecutors claimed.

She introduced herself as a “crisis manager” sent by a “high-profile individual” to manage crises.

The 62-year-old election volunteer said Kutti arrived unexpectedly and introduced herself but did not say she worked for West, a longtime billionaire friend of then-President Trump.

Kutti — along with former President Trump — was one of 19 people charged Monday in Fulton County, Georgia, for their alleged role in trying to overturn the 2020 election.

When Kutti arrived at Freeman’s home on January 4, 2021 — two days before the U.S. Capitol rioting in Washington, D.C. — Freeman called 911. By then, Freeman said, she was wary of strangers.

Kutti told Freeman she worked “for some of the biggest names in the business.”

Bodycam footage obtained by Reuters revealed that Kutti offered to “move” and “secure” Freeman.

“We probably have 48 hours to move you,” Kutti explained.

She said she would find a way to move Freeman from what “may be secured in the next 48 hours.”

“I can’t say exactly what will happen,” Kutti can be heard saying to Freeman in the recording. “I only know that it will interfere with your freedom,” she said, “and the freedom of one or more of your relatives.”

“Whether you choose not to associate with us, I am not your enemy,” Kutti added.

Freeman eventually grew suspicious of Kutti and refused to go along with her plan, telling her, “the devil is a liar.”

Kutti described Freeman during the Jan. 4 call as “a loose end for a party that needs tidying up.”

“You’re a loose end for a party that needs to be cleaned up,” Kutti continued. She added that “federal people” were involved, without giving details.

Kutti told the police officer who recorded the footage that she was trying to put Freeman at ease.

“I want her to feel comfortable, but I want her to tell her there are federal people involved here and I don’t know who is connected to who,” she told officers. “And I really need her to be as nonchalant as possible.”
